Legal NoticeTerms & ConditionsPrivacyCookiesRight of Withdrawal

Last updated: 11 August 2026

This Cookie Policy applies to the website of

InterAlpen Immobilien GmbH
Bahnhofstr. 27
83684 Tegernsee
Germany

and supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small pieces of information that may be stored on or read from your device when you visit a website.

In addition to conventional cookies, technically comparable methods may be used, such as Local Storage, Session Storage or other local storage technologies.

For simplicity, we also use the term “cookies” below to refer to comparable technologies.

2. Legal basis for cookies

The storage of information on your device and access to information already stored there are governed by the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG).

Technically necessary cookies

Cookies or comparable technologies that are strictly necessary to provide a digital service expressly requested by you or to make our website technically available may be used without prior consent in accordance with section 25(2) TDDDG.

Where personal data is processed in this context, the processing is based – depending on the relevant purpose – in particular on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR or another applicable legal basis.

Our legitimate interest lies in particular in providing our website securely, stably and functionally.

Non-essential cookies

Cookies and comparable technologies that are not strictly necessary are used only if you have given your prior consent.

The storage of or access to information is then based on section 25(1) TDDDG.

Where personal data is processed in this context, that processing is generally based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

3. Managing your cookie settings

We use a consent management solution from Complianz on our website to manage your choices regarding cookies and comparable technologies.

When you first visit our website, you can decide which optional categories you wish to consent to.

Technically necessary functions cannot be disabled where they are required for the secure and proper operation of the website.

You may change your decision at any time using the cookie or privacy settings provided on the website.

Withdrawal of your consent takes effect for the future.

You have loaded the Cookie Policy without javascript support. On AMP, you can use the manage consent button on the bottom of the page.

4. Technically necessary cookies used by Complianz

Complianz uses technically necessary cookies or comparable storage technologies to store and document your privacy settings.

These may include, in particular, cookies with names such as the following:

  • cmplz_consented_services
  • cmplz_policy_id
  • cmplz_marketing
  • cmplz_statistics
  • cmplz_preferences
  • cmplz_functional
  • cmplz_banner-status

Purpose

These cookies are used in particular to:

  • store your choices in the cookie banner;
  • take account of consent already given or withheld;
  • control when the cookie banner is displayed again;
  • document the cookie categories you selected.

Storage period

Depending on the configuration used, the Complianz settings may be stored for up to 365 days.

Legal basis

Technically necessary consent information is stored on the basis of section 25(2) TDDDG.

Where personal data is processed to document consent, this is based in particular on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Our legitimate interest lies in implementing your privacy choices technically and documenting them in a legally verifiable manner.

5. WordPress and technically necessary website functions

Our website is operated using WordPress.

WordPress or website components in use may employ technically necessary cookies or local storage technologies where this is required to provide particular functions.

This may concern, for example, the technical management of a session, security functions, or the correct display or operation of the website.

Such technologies are used only where they are required for the relevant function.

In this case, access to or storage of information on your device is based on section 25(2) TDDDG.

Where personal data is processed, this is based in particular on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Audience measurement with WP Statistics

We use WP Statistics on our website to analyse the use of our website statistically.

Under our current configuration, WP Statistics is operated locally on our own web server in a privacy-friendly manner.

Under the current technical setup, no tracking cookies or comparable persistent storage mechanisms are used on your device to recognise you across multiple visits to the website.

IP addresses are shortened before storage or otherwise processed in a privacy-friendly manner.

The statistical data is processed locally and is not transferred to external advertising networks for advertising or profiling purposes.

Further details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

If the configuration is changed in future so that WP Statistics stores or reads information on your device that is not technically necessary, this will take place only after you have given your prior consent.

7. No Google Analytics cookies

Under the current technical setup, we do not use Google Analytics on this website.

Accordingly, our website does not set Google Analytics cookies for audience measurement or user tracking.

8. Locally hosted fonts

Under the current technical setup, the fonts used on our website are provided locally from our own web server.

Consequently, no automatic connection to Google Fonts servers is established when our website is accessed.

Accordingly, no Google Fonts cookies are used merely to display our fonts.

9. Social media

Our website may contain links to external social media services, in particular Instagram.

A standard external link does not establish a connection to the relevant social media provider merely by loading our website.

Only when you actively click such a link do you leave our website, and the privacy and cookie policies of the relevant external provider then apply.

Under the current technical setup, our website does not use social media plugins from Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn or WhatsApp that set cookies from those providers merely when a page is accessed.

10. No AddThis cookies

Under the current technical setup, we do not use AddThis.

Our website therefore does not use AddThis cookies for social sharing, tracking or profiling.

11. Marketing and tracking cookies

Under the current technical setup, we do not use cookies to create personalised advertising profiles or to track visitors across websites for marketing purposes.

If such marketing or tracking services are used in future, they will be activated only after you have given your prior express consent.

In that event, this Cookie Policy and our Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

12. External content and services

If external content such as maps, videos, social media feeds or other third-party services is integrated into our website in future, those providers may use cookies or comparable technologies.

Where consent is required, the relevant content will be loaded only after you have consented through our consent management system.

13. Withdrawing and changing your consent

You may withdraw cookie consent at any time with effect for the future.

To do so, use the cookie or privacy settings provided on our website.

You can review and change your choices there at any time.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

14. Deleting cookies through your browser

In addition to using our cookie settings, you can delete or block cookies through your browser settings.

Please note that completely disabling technically necessary cookies may prevent individual functions of our website from operating properly.

15. Your data protection rights

Where personal data is processed in connection with the use of cookies, you have the statutory data protection rights.

These include in particular:

  • right of access;
  • right to rectification;
  • right to erasure;
  • right to restriction of processing;
  • right to data portability;
  • right to object;
  • right to withdraw consent already given;
  • right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Detailed information on these rights can be found in our Privacy Policy.

The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is:
