INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR BROKERAGE AGREEMENTS WITH CONSUMERS
You have the right to withdraw from this brokerage agreement within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the agreement is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform InterAlpen Immobilien GmbH, Bahnhofstr. 27, D-83684 Tegernsee, Germany, of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by means of an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post, fax or email. You may use a simple written statement declaring that you withdraw from the concluded agreement.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this agreement, we must reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES PROVIDED
If you requested that InterAlpen Immobilien GmbH begin providing services during the withdrawal period, for example by immediately sending you a property brochure or arranging a viewing, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you inform us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the agreement.
If we have already fully performed our services as a real estate broker by that time, this payment corresponds to the full agreed commission.
