Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and the brokerage contract was concluded as a distance contract, for example via the internet, email or telephone, or away from our business premises, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement.
You may use a letter or an email for this purpose, for example.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you in connection with this contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your statement of withdrawal.
We will generally make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Commencement of brokerage activities before the withdrawal period expires
You may expressly request that we begin our brokerage activities before the fourteen-day withdrawal period has expired.
If you wish us to do so, we require your corresponding express declaration before we begin our activities.
If you subsequently withdraw from the contract within the withdrawal period, you may, subject to the statutory conditions, be required to pay for the value of the services already provided up to the time of your withdrawal.
The amount payable is based on the proportion of services provided up to the time of withdrawal relative to the agreed total scope of the services.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract
For a contract for services, your right of withdrawal may expire before the fourteen-day withdrawal period has elapsed if we have performed our services in full.
For a contract that obliges you to pay a price, expiry requires in particular that:
- you have expressly agreed that we may begin performing our services before the withdrawal period expires; and
- you have confirmed that you are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal once we have performed the contract in full.
The right of withdrawal therefore does not expire merely because we have begun our brokerage activities.
Declaration on the early commencement of brokerage activities
This declaration should be confirmed separately and actively when the contract is concluded online or the instruction is given.
Early commencement of performance
☐ I expressly request that InterAlpen Immobilien GmbH begin the instructed brokerage activities before the fourteen-day withdrawal period has expired.
Acknowledgement of the possible expiry of the right of withdrawal
☐ I am aware that my right of withdrawal may expire if InterAlpen Immobilien GmbH performs the agreed service in full before the withdrawal period has expired, provided that the statutory conditions are met.
These declarations are voluntary. Without the declaration requesting early commencement of performance, the brokerage activities will generally begin only after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, unless a different course is legally permissible in the individual case.

Electronic withdrawal for contracts concluded online
Where a distance contract carrying a right of withdrawal is concluded through an online user interface and the statutory conditions are met, we also provide an electronic withdrawal option on our website.
The withdrawal function enables you to submit and confirm your withdrawal directly by electronic means.
Irrespective of this, the statutory right of withdrawal may still be exercised by another unequivocal statement of withdrawal, for example by email or letter.
